I plan on posting weight lost each week and my exercise hours as well. Maybe this will keep me going.
So here it is April 20th and I will commit to:
- Diet - Lose 9 pounds by April 3oth
- Exercise - 3 times per week at the gym and walk the dog daily for 30 minutes
This weekend went by so fast. Saturday was Meaghan's dance class, food shopping, and picking up some new shoes for Meaghan. The boys spent Saturday fishing. They came back with ticks and sun burn. And, a fish! Sunday, Jim, Meaghan and I attended Amelia Rose's baptism. She is so cute. The boys spent the day with my Dad and brother.
Tomorrow the construction returns. We have some molding going up and some sanding of some walls. Jim will finish Zachary's closet on Thursday, but we need to then paint most of the rooms in the house. I am hoping that I will get off easy in Meg's room and maybe touch ups in the boys. The bath room, living room, kitchen, and dining room all need to be repainted. I think I will tackle one room per week.
Well better get back to working on my last paper for the week
